Service Description

The focus of these sessions is moving towards coherence. With a coherent mind and body, your subtle energy system works in harmony with your most authentic self. Each session will begin with Pranayama, breath manipulation, that will help to clear meridians and prepare your body to move., and Asana (posture) sequences are tailored to your abilities. Sessions will end with Pranayama and Shavasana, allowing time and space for your mind, body and subtle energies to integrate the experience. Yoga can help improve your sleep, support relaxation and help manage stress, it's good for your cardiovascular health.
