About the event

Explore the wordless experience of your felt sense (interception), expanding your awareness of sensation in the body. 

(A video recording will be available for those can't make it in person).

✨Session Sructure✨

  • Grounding Cultivating a strong sense of the here-and-now, rooting into the present moment
  • Sankalpa A phrase chosen by you, that represents your truth, or a feeling that resonates deeply
  • Somatic exploration Breath, movement, and touch will be 'dropped in' to your experience of the here and now, exploring the ripples they create around the body
  • Reorientation to surroundings Preparing to carry on with your day/night, grounded in the present, with a new awareness of your internal landscape 
  • Reflection, shares and questions Some time to ask questions and share your experience (this part will not be recorded).

✨You will need✨

  • A blanket or Yoga mat to lie on
  • Something warm and comfortable to wear
  • A note book and pen

Cameras must be on. Blank screens impact feelings of safety, and attendees without a video will be removed from the session. Thank you for understanding.
