Leaning into your felt sense with gentle curiosity can help release physical and mental tension, encourage spontaneous creative & personal insights, and a deeper understanding of yourself.
OUR SPEAKER, EMMA
Founder of Keep It Conscious, Emma is a Somatic Integration practitioner and Relationship Coach. Working with the felt-sense and nervous system, Emma uses breathwork and movement to guide her clients back to a place of balance and regulation, and helps them increase their capacity for pleasure & preference.
WHAT TO EXPECT?
A discussion about the nature of emotions and why it's important to understand their visceral experience in relation to the nervous system. You are in control of your life! Learn to recognise when you are about to be pulled off course, and get back in the drivers seat. You will leave the event with some breathwork tools you can put into action whenever you need to hack your system, an understanding of why movement is such a great tool for flexing your felt-sense muscle, and a greater orientation towards pleasure!
This event will be in webinar form, so no need to be camera ready! But do come prepared with notebooks and questions.
