Bringing your attention to your felt sense, and treating each breath and movement as an enquiry, will facilitate your fascia to relax. Fascia is connective tissue that is prolific in the body. To create length here, you should be hydrated, and have a regular deep-stretch practice. I work with body builders, triathletes and beginners who want an authentic Asana experience. Come and join me!
